Aglio e Olio

Hardtii Algae enriched linguine pasta noodles in a traditional Italian Olive Oil

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 8 Cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2-4 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 8 oz Too Good To Be Pasta Noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chili Flakes to taste


  • Heat olive oil in large pan over medium
  • Add garlic, a sprinkle of chili flakes, and a generous amount of cracked black pepper
  • While the garlic and spices are cooking, cook the pasta according to instructions (make sure to salt the pasta water). When draining, reserve 1-2 cups of the pasta water.
  • When the garlic begins to turn golden and the spices are aromatic, turn the heat down to Low. Add pasta to the pan with ~1 cup of pasta water. Season with salt, lemon juice, and parsley.
  • Toss the pasta in the pan and heat it until the sauce thickens slightly and begins to cling to the pasta.
  • Top pasta with more parsley and serve.

  • 1 1/2 tsp Green Hardtii Algae
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 Green Apple


  • Blend all together, till smooth, and then enjoy!
