Heat olive oil in large pan over medium
Add garlic, a sprinkle of chili flakes, and a generous amount of cracked black pepper
While the garlic and spices are cooking, cook the pasta according to instructions (make sure to salt the pasta water). When draining, reserve 1-2 cups of the pasta water.
When the garlic begins to turn golden and the spices are aromatic, turn the heat down to Low. Add pasta to the pan with ~1 cup of pasta water. Season with salt, lemon juice, and parsley.
Toss the pasta in the pan and heat it until the sauce thickens slightly and begins to cling to the pasta.
Top pasta with more parsley and serve.
