
Aglio e Olio
Hardtii Algae enriched linguine pasta noodles in a traditional Italian Olive Oil
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
- 8 Cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 2-4 tbs Lemon Juice
- 8 oz Too Good To Be Pasta Noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili Flakes to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in large pan over medium
- Add garlic, a sprinkle of chili flakes, and a generous amount of cracked black pepper
- While the garlic and spices are cooking, cook the pasta according to instructions (make sure to salt the pasta water). When draining, reserve 1-2 cups of the pasta water.
- When the garlic begins to turn golden and the spices are aromatic, turn the heat down to Low. Add pasta to the pan with ~1 cup of pasta water. Season with salt, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Toss the pasta in the pan and heat it until the sauce thickens slightly and begins to cling to the pasta.
- Top pasta with more parsley and serve.
